In short: Great race, really enjoyable atmosphere and great organisation
In full: It was a glorious Sunday morning with blue sky but the Autumn chill in the air. Organization of collecting chips and race number seemed seamless with friendly volunteers. Course was 3 laps being well marked, good water stations and good marshals. Great goody bag with recovery drink. Wonderful running in such a central London park. Definitely will do next year.

In short: Great scenary, great organisation and a good PB course.
In full: 3 lap race taking place in the glorious setting of Regents Park. Race was well organised with plenty marshals and clear KM markers. Paths were relatively narrow but given the number of competitors, there was plenty room for overtaking. Couple of tight corners which were a bit tricky given the slippery conditions. Knocked a couple of minutes off my PB given the flat nature of the course. Also measured exactly 10km on my Garmin afterwards which is a first! Good goody bag at the end including recovery drink and After Adoption t-shirt. Definitely would do this again.

One suggestion for race organisers Nice Work - There is a sharp corner both into and out of the start and finish funnel and a couple of runners lost their footing there. Worth repositioning for next year.

In short: Great run
In full: I really enjoyed this run. I wasn't sure about the 3 laps but actually it meant that the course was really flat and non complicated which allowed me to get a PB for the first time in ages! It also meant tgat you could see more runners which, together with the cheering marshals, really gave this a friendly team feel. Looking forward to next year.

In short: well-organised race, flat, good for a PB
In full: As a vet with bad nakles & a cold I was a bit doubtful abpout turning up, but this was a well-organised race, with friendly marshals & a nice flat course. I feared I might find 3 laps boring, but it didn't feel like that. I got my best 10K time since June 2010 & got a nice goody bag as well

In short: Fast and flat
In full: Really enjoyed this race. The course was fast and flat with definate PB potential (I took 10 secs off mine.) Marshalls were pretty good, some better than others but mostly encouraging and friendly. Nearly got taken out by a dog on the 1st lap and had to hurdle it, the owner was oblivious but not a problem. Nice goody bag at the end. Will be back next year.

In short: Well organised, decent sized run with potential for speed
In full: Well organised run. Was initially dubious of the 3 lap route but it was good - easy enough to go fast with one slightly challenging long slow hill towards the end. Very decent goody bag at the end as well. Will sign up for 2012.

In short: Fast, flat and friendly. A great race.
In full: Really enjoyed this race through Hyde Park. Running alongside the Serpentine was fantastic, and the flat course and fast field meant that I smashed my PB. The organisation was also very slick. The only downside was that it looks like my chip failed so I don't have a an official time. The galeforce events website is also dreadful, so I recommend using a different provider for timing next year.
