In short: Excellent challenging MT 10k race
In full: Thanks to all at KADS who helped to organise this tough multi-terrain 10k. Point to point course finishing higher than the start so mainly up hill. I finished 6th and a minute down on my 10k PB but really enjoyed the race and well worht the trip up form London. Good standard of runners. T-shirt fits. Great Marshalling and range of prizes. All in all excellent race and I'll be back.

In short: Weather conditions made this tough, especially the added stream, that should have been a footpath. Don't do this race if you are after a pb, finish higher than the start, good scenic route.
In full: Good race to do to prepare you for x country season. Well organised and marshalled. Needs a map for spectators, mine couldn't find the finish.
