In short: Great MTB course... the run a bit of a slog! In full: Human Race are great event organisers. The MTB course is fantastic... it suffered from being a bit muddy, but really good fun all the same. The run was slightly less exciting, but still playfully challenging. In short: Wet and muddy but not as tuff as expected.. In full: Toughest terrain to run on out of the series, due to the uneven ground across the fields. With the wind and rain it could have been called the wildman. The long hill up to the finish was a real energy sapper, though the course as a whole was not as tough as the Mudman one. The organisation was good as usual and the marshaling. Only issue is the people running with dogs have been given places in the age prize categories rather then in their own dog one, which seems a bit unfair on those running without dogs. Otherwise a good race. Date of review: February 6, 2011
