In short: One of my favourites
In full: Strangely not a quick as expected but still a fast course

In short: Well organised race. My first Wombwell 5 and I will definitely be back again. A challenging hill but at least you get that out of the way early on! Nice finish on the Go-Karting Track!

In short: Worth the trip!
In full: First time I have done this one. Also first 5 miles - a different mind set needed than for a 10k I think. I liked the course and the distance. It was good starting and finishing on the karting track - a change from a muddy field! Well marshalled. I'll be back!

In short: Lovely pb race, hilly enough to test you!
In full: If you want a good 5 mile pb race then it is for you. Snape Hill will test you but once at the top then it levels out before the descent back to the finish. Starts & finishes on a go-cart track so the field is well spaced out by the time you hit the roads. Encouraging marshalls, plenty of car parking, toilets etc. and a nice t-shirt to finish.
