In short: Great value multi-terrain run
In full: Great mixture of grass, mud, tracks and tarmac. Very good value for money and dozens of marshals to cheer everyone on. There are a few hills but nothing major. Would highly recommend to cross country and roadrunners alike.

In short: My first 10k, brilliant atmosphere, encouraging marshalls, hillier than I expected. Would definitely do again.

In short: Great fun and nicely challenging on the hills
In full: My first time at this event. Great organisation and helpful marshalls. A nice varied course through woods, on roads and along the coastal path. Not a 10k to get a PB on but then that's not why I did it. High;y recommended.

In short: Up and down and then up and down again
In full: Good, low-key multi-terrain 10k with a good balance between road and trail (climb and descent through the woods were particularly enjoyable). Nice levels of support along the way from marshalls and small groups of spectators alike. And more or less ideal weather too.

In short: Great, friendly atmosphere, tough hills but glorious views over the Severn. Enjoyed the woodland area the most.

In short: An excellent run.
In full: A very enjoyable run, on a nice day, which fitted in with my marathon training. The course was varied and interesting, maybe a different story if it had been raining. Overall well worth the effort. Thanks to the organisers, marshalls and spectators.
