In short: satisfyingly tough
In full: Thoroughly enjoyed this race. Tough course but great views. Best of both worlds - very relaxed low key affair but very well marked and marshaled too. Should be more popular - people pay a fortune to enter some of these big contrived 'tough' races. This is genuinely tough and a bloody good race at the same time.

In short: Fantastic and brutal XC race. Amazing scenery. Well marshalled.
In full: This is the third Cross Country (XC) race I have done this year.
The ‘Hard Way Round the Rock’ makes Pewsey’s Terminator seem like a dull walk in a not so lumpy park but is right up there with Seaton’s amazing Grizzly in regard to scenery, views, brutal climbs & descents.
A huge thanks to RMPAC for putting on a well organised event.
The Hard Way Round the Rock really does deserve a much bigger entry in my opinion as it has to be one of the best multi terrain races in the South.

In short: Excellent route, more marshalls/directions required.
In full: Good turn out for the run, lots of hills and even pebbles. Great run for those who prefer off-road, a few more marshalls/markers would have been good and maybe one more water stop. Otherwise well worth making the effort for, excellent job!

In short: The most scenic run i have done
In full: Very challenging in places, running on the beach was an experience i will not forget, but well worth the pain for the views which are second to none
