In short: Suitable for all
In full: Run this race as my first 10k and really enjoyed it. The weather held just long enough for me to finish. A smaller turnout than I expected (only 133 I think). Organisation was fine, stewards offered encouragement along the way and the smallish crowd provided plenty of cheering at the end. Partly on grass and the remainder along the sea wall so no problems there. The race was for a very good cause so I'm glad I done it, but I would like to see some more advertising (posters etc)locally as the turnout seemed a bit low.

In short: Great local race - Even the weather behaved itself!
In full: Lovely local race. I agree with my sisters comment below. Running mojo had got up and gone since London Marathon but this nice race got the old mojo back. Nice atmosphere at the finish. Will do it again next year. Nice support from a group of 3 front runners who on their warm down run in with us and were very encouraging and charming! Made us feel like proper runners.

In short: Good fast race route.
In full: Would suggest better prices for winner, second and third. Money price plus wine. Gold medals for first three runners. The Organisers should do
some research and see what they do in other countries. South Africa is a good example.

In short: A welcome new race with PB potential and for a good cause
In full: Good organisation, great atmosphere and lovely weather made for a good evening race. I loved running out and watching the lifeboat track the runners from the sea. Terrain was mixed, rough for first and last km and then smooth running on promenade. Shame that someone decided to park their car on the course at 3km which made for a interesting bottleneck and the finish line wasn't clear, but overall I really enjoyed the race and will be back next year. Nice work, Nice Work!
