In short: First time at this event - very impressed
In full: Very well organised and marshalled with lots of encouragement along the way. Didn't get a PB this time but the course has definate PB potential. Medal as soon as crossed the finising line with jelly babies biscuits and water too! Well done to everyone involved.

In short: Everything right for a local 10K - PB achieved too and decent medal.
In full: At only £6, a fast undulating run in mostly traffic free (a few cars do go by) countryside route. Changing facilities, medal, drinks at half way and end (with biscuits!), bar, spot prizes, and a PB. What more can you ask for, when it is well organised by positive marshalls.

In short: Hugely enjoyable
In full: Really enjoyed it last night- lovely run round quiet country lanes. Excellent organisation and great to see a smile on the face of everyone involved from organisers to marshalls to runners. What more could you want from a sunny Monday evening?

It was a bit windy in places, and there is one longish incline (not really a hill) but some nice downhill stretches as well. I managed a good PB and was still well down a pretty strong field!

In full: Quiet country lanes and a flat course with friendly marshalls and excellent organisation. Definetely a PB course-well I got one despite it being a windy evening.
