In short: will definately to it again
In full: a really varied route along trail, woodland and a tiny bit of road, around 3 resevoirs.orgainisers were very friendly and explained route/water stations clearly before we set off.good marshalling and ample water stations which was welcome when the sun came out.thought the note in the mug was a nice touch, thanking runners for taking part and asking for any feed back as to how it could be improved.

In short: Great route and a bit of a bargain.
In full: Tea and cakes at the end were brilliant - I'd take this any day over a cotton t-shirt. Goody bag had crisps, sweets, and a race mug which will be used - clearly put together by runners for runners. A great route and a more intimate feel than most races due to the smaller field. Will definitely be back!

In short: Well organised & friendly race
In full: Very well organised, friendly marshalls and runners who were very encouraging especially on the more challenging parts (aka uphill!). Some really nice touches like your name being called out at the finish line which was lined with faster runners clapping us in. And the momento mug was perfect for that cuppa at the end ... with a selection of (free) cakes to die for! A fantastic race!

In short: Excellent value and organisation, challenging route but plenty of flat sections too!
In full: Great, friendly race, the cakes and tea at the end were just what you needed. The prize for 1st lady was very good too - pasta, chocolate and wine, just what every runner needs!
