In short: great PB potential
In full: Great flat race and excellent organisation. For £12 a medal would have been nice as a memento. But would definitely do it again.

In short: PB heaven combined with highly efficient organisation and terrific marshalling
In full: At 66 and slowing down, I wanted to run one more sub 42 10K. Did it with 43 seconds spare on this fast, flat course. The organisation was faultless and I could hear the cheering at the 5k turnaround from 500 metres away. Lifted my spirits no end.

In short: Stinky !
In full: A very fast course but when you got off the seafront we headed towards an industrial area that bloody stinked ! This part was quite uninspiring. No medal at the end and you had to hunt for some water. Still, if your after a pb this the race to do.
