In short: Fantastic setting, long hills up but also down again.
In full: A new race and as it was classed as a fun run a lot of first timers and families, this made for a friendly atmosphere. A slow start as a bit narrow but after the first hill a wonderful long downhill with lovely views. The race soon spaced out with cheery shouts from spectators and marshalls. I know it was for charity but the medal was poor and the goody bag was not goody at all but thats the only gripe really. Well done for a first running of the event.

In short: where did those hills come from
In full: Not a PB race due to hills and crowds at start, quite hard making it through all the "fun" runners and children. Good waterstations and stewards. Considering it was their first race there a good start just please put kids and fun runners at the back next year.

In short: Nice scenery, some tough hills
In full: this was a good run, a little crowded at the start but field soon spread out, views were fantastic, and water station were well placed. lots of hills including a very steady but long climb between the 4km and 6km markers which i think cost me a pb.

In short: Great friendly race
In full: Fantastic race, with lovely surroundings, a few unexpected hills yet it made it more of a challenge. Well organised with excellent sausage bap and BBQ stand just to complete that race plus a beer stand! ;-)
