In full: A very attractive course with a mixture of path, dirt track and cross country making it tougher than I expected. Bob Wilson taking such an active role in encouraging the runners and congratulating as many as possible at the end was a nice touch. A well organised event for a very worthwhile cause, I will try and do this again next year !
