In short: Excellent - really enjoyed it
In full: A cracker of an event. Well worth the travel. Good value, plenty of parking, enjoyable course with nice scenery. Good finishing area (which you did have to run past). I`ll like to return. Well done indeed to Total Buzz.

In short: Definately too long, atmosphere could of been better & sort out the finishing point!
In full: This will always be a special race for me as it was my first race at my longest distance to date however, i was hoping for more atmosphere as it seemed flat and the majority had gone by the time I had finished. Additionally, I don't believe it was 13.1 miles either. My GPS device was aligning with the markers upto the 12 mile point but then the last 1.1 miles according to my device was 1.6 miles.... I didn't like running past the start, they need to find another way to start and finish at the same point! I was dissapointed not to get a finshers medal as the original documentation stated (I was later informed that this was a mistake in the information) but just glad that I did it when all said and done!

In short: bit long?
In full: Agree with the water stations not on running line - and with a long course. Seemed odd not to get medal but money raised for a good cause. Shame that nearly 200 short on last year - but I knew of 3 other local races (incl swindon half)

In short: one of my favourites
In full: Last year there were more runners - but new organisers so I guess a few stayed away. No need. Ran beautifully.
I thought the event wasn't on - so only by word of mouth found it. Might be worth an advertising banner around town.
I had a nice quick run with only that hill to kill off my imagined speed!
The course came in at 0.2 above on my Garmin - not much I know but that's a minute or more if you're chasing a PB
Great marshalling and although a road race virtually no traffic and friendly everyone. Recommended for anyone

In short: Very scenic run on the outskirts of Salisbury
In full: I did this race last year and there seemed fewer runners this year. The race has excellent parking opposite the start and apart from one hill is a very scenic run through the villages round Salisbury. The marshals were very supportive though the water stations weren't always on the natural running line. As a slow runner I did notice that by about mile 8 there were very few other runners to be seen. (I know, I need to get faster...)
