In short: Flat. So very flat.
In full: Good to know the organisers listened to last year's comments - the post race tea van was very welcome. The reason this is one of my all time favourites? I've run it twice and got a pb twice. I'm willing to sacrifice a bit of scenery for the speed of the course.

In short: Good for a PB
In full: Could possibly have been signposted better as it was tucked away a bit. Only a small race but maybe a couple more portaloos would have been better. That said the course is nice and flat and is great PB potential. Not a great race but one I would consider doing again.

In short: Great PB Course
In full: This is without doubt a great course for a PB as it is very flat. It's basically on a quiet industrial estate near the Dartford Bridge. It was fairly well organised apart from one major flaw, There was no marshall situated on the entrance to the lorry depot, this meant having to stop and wait for 10 seconds for lorries to come in and out if your were unlucky. This is clearly is not acceptable in a race and have never experienced this elsewhere. The most annoying part about it was the fact that there was a marshall about 200 metres further up on a round about standing next to a yellow arrow. It would have been far better to have the marshall located on the lorry depot entrance. Although I lost 10 seconds waiting I still managed a sub 39 but this really needs to be addressed in the future.

In short: Fast, Friendly and well organised
In full: Fast course ideal for a PB and also any beginner! The scenery wasn't up to much but we were on a industrial estate next to the M25 so I wasn't expecting meadows with fluffy sheep running around! Very well organised and will defiantly be back next year

In short: fast, flat, well organised
In full: Event and car park well signposted. Parking close to event. Frequent marshals and water station.

Excellent race finish with what should be the standard race finish items - bananas, cereal bars and water. Race medal too if you're into that.

Good weather helped and though I've given it 1 for scenery it's actually a very pleasant, green industrial estate. I never pay much attention to scenery anyway.

In short: Fantastic bits - flattest course I've ever run, well organised, t-shirt (non-tech) was subtle enough to wear in public - BUPA 10k etc please note. Good refreshments for runners afterwards. But ....
In full: As has been said, there was nothing for spectators - a tea van would have been a real bonus. Good route, parking, etc - deserved a bigger turnout of runners.
