In short: Good 10k race for all abilities - great location, shame about the hills!
In full: Starting and finishing in the athletics stadium was really good. The 10k is one of the more challenging ones as Crystal Palace park is on the side of a hill. But what goes up(hill) must go down(hill). Course was two laps of the park, so you knew at the end of lap one that you had to do the hills all over again. I think there are better (flatter) 10k races if you want to go for a PB, but this was a good 10 race in terms of variable terrain and range of abilities. Well organised (even though it did start a bit late), plenty of marshalls and a free t-shirt. No medal though :-(

In full: Generally very good except it started about 15 minutes late - usually I wouldn't mind but it was cold and wet. Nice course, friendly atmosphere and well organised. I can't say I found it flat, I thought it was quite hilly!Finishing in the stadium was nice. I would do this race again.

In short: A great race, very well organised and suits all runners.
In full: It was really nice to be able to start and finish a race in an international stadium, the park was scenic, it's great to feel as though you are in the countryside, traffic free and a mostly flat course. I really enjoyed this race and think it has something for everyone. One thing to think about though - there was a group of community service muppets who were nothing to do with the race but just made rude comments aimed mainly at female runners. Perhaps they could pick litter in a different part of the park next year? Not the race organisers fault and won't put me off returning next year. Well done!
