In short: Undulating, grassland and off-road terrain, lovely scenery
In full: The race was very well organised in a lovely park/estate. Not exactly as flat as advertised, I would label it as undulating on grassland/off-road terrain, hence not the ideal race for a PB. Parking/toilet facilities were more than enough (and clean), marshals were very efficient and polite.
Please publish the final results on the internet, as I haven't found them yet.

In short: Very well organised race in lovely surroundings.
In full: I couldn't fault this race, its just a shame there weren't more runners. I think the entries sufferred because there were quite a few 10Ks in the Surrey/Sussex area this weekend. It was two laps of grassland and trail, very slightly undulating but nothing very taxing. Plenty of parking, the course was very well marked out and there were marshalls at every turn. Bananas for all at the finish, a nice tea room and access to the country estate for anyone who wanted to stay on. I hope the organisers persevere as this is a really nice race to do.
