In short: One not to be missed!
In full: Superb event - could not beat the organisation, freindliness, checkpoints, cakes, flapjcks and sandwiches at said checkpoints (!!), route, navigation description, venue - brilliant!! Thanks LDWA

In short: Fab views, food and marshalls make up for when the going gets tough ;D
In full: First time for me - did the 21.3mile distance - and couldn't recommend it highly enough...and the checkpoints not only had fab food, but all the marshalls were welcoming and encouraging, thank you :D There is a cheeky 'sting-in-the-tail' and stiles galore...but with views like that, who really minds? :D

In short: Maps, hills and mud! Brilliant!
In full: If you are after a run that you do not have to queue for anything! Or do not want to be penned on the road! Then this is the run for you!

27ish miles of hills, styles, and kissing gates! A great run with great organisation and the friendliest people organising it and manning the checkpoints you could ever wish for in a run.

Love d it from start to finish and felt surprisingly strong towards the end - even after the lovely set of stairs just before the finish.

My second year now and this is the only run that has a permanent place on my calendar. Will be back next year 100%.

In short: Fantastic as always
In full: Second time for me, and still as superb as before.

Don't change anything, and thanks very much.

In short: Great event for training.
In full: As an LDWA event there is no results list. So not a race to target for a result. However there were plenty of runners.
I did the 26.7 miles, which included 3212ft of climb, so never a PB course. However the course is very scenic, so a great day out.
