In short: Well organised friendly and enjoyable race
In full: Starts with an up hill. Ends with a down hill. Nice scenery. Great support from marshals and also from locals. Competitors mainly club runners and all friendly too! Nice atmosphere. Hope to be back next year.

In short: Mostly club runners but very welcoming and good crowds, we'll be back next year!!
In full: Our first ten mile race and we really enjoyed it. Very well organised and marshalled. Being told by one marshall 'go on, there's a nice bottle of beer waiting' half a mile from the end was wonderful news - and he wasn't joking! Knowing that you've got the one major hill out of the way at the start is reassuring, and of course means it's mostly downhill at the end. My two minor niggles (not complaints) were that there could have been more toilets, and a medal would have been nice for the collection.

In short: Very well organised race by Biggleswade AC. Haven't sampled the beer yet but I'm sure it will go down well!

In short: Superb race, ran like clockwork, well worth doing
In full: Another great race organised by Biggleswade AC. Fabulous weather, a lovely fast course, great t.shirt and excellently marshalled and supported throughout. I cannot rate this event highly enough. Made up of mainly club runners but welcoming to all. A great job, thanks.

In short: Great organisation and a joy to run
In full: My first 10-miler, and a real joy.
Lovely freebies, impeccable organisation, marshals friendly and encouraging throughout. Some lovely scenery to enjoy too, particularly around the middle 3 miles.
Open roads for long stretches of the race, but at no point did I feel unsafe. Marshals where you need them, and lots of them - and many friendly spectators too - throughout the race. Police presence too at the loop crossing, which was very reassuring.
Very fast last couple of km as well - fast downhill stretch followed by a long run-in that you can see from a while away. Even though I was suffering towards the end, it was my fastest mile of the race by some distance.
Very beginner-friendly too - I'm 10 min mile pace right now, and there's plenty of company to be had in that sort of territory.
Well done Biggleswade AC, and happy 30th!

In short: Well organised 10 miler - well worth doing
In full: A very well organised race on a nice, rural course with a couple of ups and downs and some nice scenery. Very well marshalled (liked the hats) and definately a race which is worth doing.

In short: A well organised race
In full: Having done this race way back in 2001 I gave it another try and must say this was very well and enthusiastically marshalled. The hill was not as tough as I remembered and thoroughly enjoyed the scenic route. The facilities were excellent, from the easy car parking to the race HQ. Congratulations to Biggleswade AC for putting on a terrific race.
