In short: Well organised, scenic, slightly hilly.
In full: I really enjoyed this race, which was very well organised and marshalled, and had good support. There are a couple of decent hills in the first 5k, which probably add a minute or so, but the second half is almost all downhill or flat.

In short: Two tough hills, but they're over with quickly
In full: Enjoyable, well-organised race catering for beginner and club athletes alike. Two challenging hills but they're not too long, and they're in the first half so down hill on the return. Plenty of parking next to the start, reasonable crowds in the town and a nice "countryside" thorough the grounds of Charterhouse School

In short: A well-organised event.
In full: The race was extremely well organised. There were plenty of marshalls and other parts of the course were marked with arrows.

I hope you will organise the event next year on the same basis but with a start time in the morning, say 10.00am. This will be much less disruptive and remove the likelihood of shoppers obstructing the runners in the High Street.

In short: Lovely scenery, nasty hills!
In full: A really good scenic course through Godalming town and surrounding countryside with a couple of challenging hills although the biggest was up to Charterhouse School which is a lovely place to run through. Support was fantastic all around the course and particularly in the town. My son enjoyed the fun run too. One slight negative was the crowded start as the High Street is quite narrow. This could perhaps be improved by splitting the 5K and 10K start times. Would definately do it again.

In short: Very interesting route - would do it again
In full: The hills were a challenge and I was 3 04 4 minutes slower than normal but there were some amazing parts. The climb to the school was tough but amazing when you got there (without stopping). If it goes ahead again I will race it again!

In short: Great Run
In full: A couple of short steep hills on tracks, some roads around town, and a good atmosphere. Very nice run, would definitely do this again.
