In short: Volunteers did a great job organising and helping out. Race was a lot of fun.
In full: I thought the event was excellent. Both the organizer and the volunteers worked really hard and did a fantastic job. My only suggestion for next year is if possible, water stands where people are handing out cups of water from around the 2nd or 3rd lap would be lovely. I would pay an extra £2 for the option to have a water stand, as I was particularly struggling and feeling dehydrated by the 3rd lap.

In short: So much fun!
In full: A great day out. Of particular note was the support crew and marshals being so friendly and a real sense it is a social group afterwards. Only wish I could have made it to the after party. Great race, really fun.

In short: A good effort - a race with potential

A good flat course (although a bit twisty with some tight turns, slowing down any PB attempt just a little!)
Nice park with good facilities for runners, spectators and supporters.
Nice goody bags at the end.
Local celeb as starter!!
On a Saturday, thereby enabling a weekend double of racing if you wish!

No confirmation or acknowledgement of entry - I wasn't sure whether or not I should turn up! Cheque wasn't cashed until after the event so that wasn't a means of being sure.
No water station, even though the route passed the finish (4 times!)
