In short: Very scenic but hilly in places, just have to embrace them as they are always going to be there!

In short: Tough undulating course
In full: This is my third and hardest 10k very hilly for the first 5k not so bad on the way back in' but you could be in trouble if you don't pace yourself very scenic route would deffinatly do again.
