In short: Great 10k with something for everyone!
In full: Fantastic race, great organisation, warm up routine, pacers, atmosphere. Lots of marshals, great goody bag and medal, think I might have to book early next year, it is sure to sell out quickly! Thank you ealing eagles!

In short: perfect in every way, including friendly marshalls, suitable for enthusiasts and beginners alike
In full: I loved the whole event - very efficient, excellent value for money, the medal is beautiful. They organised pace runners so I got a 60 minute PB, interesting course to run, mix of grass and tarmac. V friendly and encouraging marshals, water aplenty and bananas too. I can't think of one way to improve it, other than to do it twice a year!

In short: Very friendly and well-organised race
In full: Really enjoyed this race - very well organised. The use of well-marked pacers was brilliant, I slipped alongside the 60 min one and it pushed me to get a PB, which was amazing. The friendly crowd and cheering marshalls were really encouraging too. Highly recommend.

In short: Well-organised, cheering marshals and good range of pacers
In full: My first race organised by my own club so nothing to compare it with yet but, my impression from comments by others, is that it has set an extremely high standard. The experienced runners seemed to enjoy it and yet there was the cheering and encouragement for a group of us who had only started running in January 2013.

In full: Although I’m very much a novice when it comes to races, I really can’t see how the Ealing Eagles 10k could have been any better. Everything seemed so straightforward: plenty of friendly marshals made registration and bagdrop speedy, chip timing, clear course markings and km signs, and the excitement (and relief) of a water station.
There were other well-considered extras: a ‘warmer-upper’, a plethora of pacers and, err, someone in an Eagle costume to greet finishers. And there were crowds, cheering crowds! It was a really good race for a beginner like me, and, as the winning times suggest, for the pros too.
Will do again for sure.

In short: Friendly and welcoming, great for those attempting their first race.
In full: As someone who has just taken up running relatively late in life at nearly 46 and only been doing it for about 6 months, I was very nervous participating in this event as I thought I would be out of my depth on so many levels. But, from the moment we set off, there was so much encouragement from the spectators and marshalls I felt really positive. A fellow runner came and took me through the last km as well which helped pushed me through the barrier I had hit in the last 2 km. And even though I was one of the last to finish, you wouldn't have known this for the cheering of the crowd as I entered the finishing stretch! Thanks to the Ealing Eagles for making my first race such a great experience! :)
