In short: Hilly multi terrrain - quite challenging
In full: Disappointing turn out given previous entries - possibly a bit expensive.

Marshalling could have been better but friendly and challenging course

In short: Good race, course a bit strange
In full: Race was OK, but some strange points in the course.

Terrain was mixed, mostly woodland/trail. Some long, slow climbs meant a PB was out.

Climbed on a bank at one point to avoid a boggy part of grass area. One of the turns lead to a jump without warning.

Otherwise OK. Thought the route choice was a bit strange.

In short: Challenging 10k
In full: Nice to start and finish on the K2 track, but £18 is a little steep.

In short: Nice, not overly large race. Well organised and a chance to start and finish on the local athletics track. Good value well worth turning up for.
In full: A mildly undulating route with some narrow parts (but far enough from the start that I didn't find any bottlenecks), this year was dry so no need for trail shoes. There's a fairly long shallow climb at around 5k but otherwise it's fairly flat (for a trial race at least!) Not many charity/fun runners (I couldn't see anyone else is a charity shirt/vest) but still a good mix so quite a good choice for a first event, especially if you're local. Few spectators outside the stadium but friendly enough marshals. Chip timing is nice in an event with only a few hundred runners, the medal was fine and jaffa cakes at the finish were very welcome! Altogether a perfectly good 10k, elevated above the likes of Horsham and Cranleigh due to the chip timing and stadium start/finish.
