In short: tough but rewarding
In full: Great organization for this race over a number of hilly sections but with a downhill to the finish. A little uphill at the very last before finish on the grass playing field. Cake at the end and a great atmosphere in the sports hall where more refreshments are available. Must do race, will be back again next year!

In short: Great race, friendly atmosphere. A couple of challenging inclines but nothing to scare. Well packed goody bags.

In short: Hillier than expected!
In full: My dad encouraged me to enter, describing the course as undulating. We obviously have different definitions of undulating! Despite the course being tougher than expected I enjoyed it and now have something to aim for next year!

In short: Fantastic 10k
In full: First time running Deepdale Dash, really enjoyed it, 4 hills/inclines in first 4 miles, last mile downhill. Loads of marshalls, well organised, great tech top. Fun run also well organised with sweets at the finish, my son loved it.

In short: First time that I have run this - excellent - challenging hills but a great course - can't wait to run it next year.

In short: Very well organised with great goody bag. Hilly but enough downhills to make up for it. A must-do race!!

In full: I'd forgotten about some of the hills and persuaded my daughter to do it too as it was 'undulating'; she disagreed! I really enjoyed the challenge and on reflection I was pleased to achieve a time of only 30 seconds off a PB. Looking forward to a flatter course for my next 10k, but I'll be back at Barton next year, all being well.
