In short: fast.
In full: Got the PB I came for. Nice race, well organised (a slight glitch regarding medals, but not the end of the world.) Will be back next year to hopefully go even faster.

In short: Flatish with friendly marshals.
In full: Nice little race around farmland.
Quite fast runners if you're a beginner though. Only 2 of us over 70 mins.
Nice medal.

In short: Always a winner
In full: It was my fifth running of this race and they even managed to drain the flooded roads this year. Rain stopped for almost exactly the duration of the race and as ever, the organisation was flawless.

In short: A no nonsense, no frills race around quiet country lanes.
In full: A great race, the rain managed to hold off for just long enough to get round. The course is pretty flat, along scenic country lanes, there are no frills, just a good 10k run.

In short: fast course (except miles 4-5 - spooky) and pan flat. I was well off the pace in the first couple of miles but managed to pick up the pace for the second half of the race
