In short: Hammer it for a PB or enjoy the views - works either way
In full: Very friendly, well organised and a great course. And where else could you run with marathoners without actually having to run one!

In short: A fun, mildly challenging race for beginners.
In full: This race was very enjoyable, however the first 5 miles are very hilly and as I had only ever run very flat courses before this was quite a challenge for me. The final miles are totally flat and pass through some lovely picture postcard villages which help kept my mind off my aching legs!

It seemed to be mostly locals running in this race and there were not that many supporters about so as far as motivation goes you're pretty much on your own!

Bring your sun block - I got sunburnt!
