In short: The race was very mixed, with some obviously very good club runners of all ages, and a lot of walkers, but these wer very nice to the lead runners, clapping and cheering as we doubled back alongside them!
In full: The course around Plock Court was a bit boring - basically just two laps of a field. However, it was very flat and fast, which made up for it, and there were markers at sensible distances (1km 2.5 km, 400m from the end, etc...).
