In short: Perfect GSR warm up run
In full: This was a very enjoyable 10k. It was well organised and marshalled, who were very supportive and encouraging as well as being well positioned around the course.

A personal best is achievable, even with the undulating nature of the course. I beat my previous best by a good minute which I am over the moon about.

In short: Nice friendly countryside run
In full: Good HQ with pavillion to keep out of the chill pre run. Good toilet facilities. Very well marshalled round the whole course which took in some nice country lanes with some gentle undulations to keep things challenging. The roads were "live" but there wasn`t much traffic. Hot drinks and cakes at the HQ were a nice touch. Thanks Portsmouth Joggers, another quality event.

In full: This was a lovely 10k, Well organised and the Marshalls were very encouraging as you ran round.
This race is beginner friendly with a couple of hills but rewarding with downward declines. A personal best is achievable and was feeling the good feel factor after competing. Would definitely run this race again. Runners of all abilities participated, young and old. In short for me a 10 out of 10 10k race.

In short: Another well organised race by Portsmouth Joggers. Well done people!
In full: I can never decide whether this race is actually hilly or not. I did find the inclines a bit stride breaking this time, probably because I was pushing for a time. It's not that bad, but it's not flat-ish either!

In short: My first Debmead 10k and certainly not my last
In full: I think if this race could attract a couple hundred more runners then they would be able to close the roads off. Really nice race and well oragnised, perfect warm up for the great south and managed a PB.

In short: Decent race well organised
In full: Portsmouth Joggers do organise races well. This is, you could say a run of the mill 10k in the country side, but it is well organised and friendly. It is difficult to judge the course. It's is easy if you were told it's tough, and tough-ish if you thought it was going to be easy. It is just in between. Will be back again.

In short: Loved it, got a PB on it last year then got another one this year
In full: Would reccomend as a PB course if your a good hill runner, plenty of accents but equalled with decents. Perfectly placed drinks station if you need it
