In short: Home turf - nice crowd - great day
In full: Really enjoyed the crowd around the start and finish - was being clapped in and that makes a runner feel good. Not a pb time-wise, but position-wise yes. Run the Common when training, so know and love the course. Was an enjoyable morning, would do it again.

In short: Fab day, made extra special by the sunshine. PB by all of 5 seconds! Water was not a major issue, and proximity of good pubs for after-race 'rehydration' was appreciated!!

In short: Loved this race, I even managed a PB. The water situation was a bit embarrassing but the shops weren't far away. Luckily I finished before the water ran out though. The terrain is fine if you knew what to expect, nothing too dramatic.

In short: Lovely sunny day. Shortage of water. Impatient motorists.
In full: The weather was glorious, so very pleased that the trees provided shade. As we started as the back, the water had run out at the 2k stand, but fortunately got a bottle at the 5k point. The organisers and marshalls deserve congratulations, especially those that had to cope with the stroppy motorists. Thanks for a lovely Sunday morning!
