In short: As enjoyable as ever!
In full: A fairly flat 2-lapper. Always results in my fastest 5k time of the year. Good organisation and a great race for beginners.

In short: I could just say, "See my other comments" as they're nearly all mine!
In full: As well organised and as friendly as ever. A long way for me to go for just a 5k...but I always enjoy it. See you next year!

In short: Convenient alternative to the previous weekend's ladies only race
In full: Running in and around the local park, so all and sundry watching and supporting. Perhaps a bit quicker than the previous weekend's ladies only race, but that is set up for beginners. Not entirely flat, but probably as close as you'll get in Luton.

In short: 2 and bit laps round a tree lined park
In full: A no frills race which is part of a series of 3. Good value if you enter all 3 races but a little steep on its own.
This was my second year running this race and it continues to be well marshalled at all required points. This is a average race but with a little tinkering could become a must do race instead of a if i'm free i'll do it.
