In short: Well organised, friendly race
In full: A 2-lap course within Barking Park. Well organised, great value (only £3). A few tight bends but still managed a PB! Really friendly marshalls and spectators.

In short: Number 118 - but no moustache
In full: Gave the registration people a laugh when I was no 118. No moustache, and no PB although I really puffed hard on this, my first visit back to Barking in years. A good, inexpensive park race. Thanks.

In short: Well organised, friendly and fairly quick
In full: Nice traffic free, flat route, but pb potential is limited by several very tight corners.

Top organisation & a bargain £3 for affiliated runners. May well return next year to try and improve on 5th place.

In short: Fandabbydozy
In full: I Ran this in 2003 when i returned to running and have been back every year since. Got a pb last year so aside a few tight bends is a good course for a pb, well organised and will be back next year if i dare say come rain hail or shine.

In short: Well marshalled, fast course
In full: Good well organised race. Lack of 'k' markers was the only real minus point for me although having raced yesterday it probably stopped me pushing my poor old legs too much!!

In short: No hype, no marketing, just a good race
In full: Stripped down to the bare essentials, a race well worth doing.

Very cheap, no medal/ memento, everything is channelled towards putting on a very well-organised race as cheaply as possible.

PB-potential lessened by the number of turns and occasional small incline, but even so, a fairly fast course.
