In short: Excellent race and very PB-friendly
In full: Your search for the least scenic race in the UK could well be at an end when you've done this one, but...

It's well organised, with good parking and facilities, and very flat. It attracts some pretty fast runners, but a good mix of slower ones too. The atmosphere is 'unassuming' - no large crowds, fancy dress, marshalls screaming encouragement, medals etc. That suits me down to the ground - I went looking for a PB, got one, and went home very happy indeed. Well done to all involved with putting this race on.

In short: Well organised and friendly atmosphere, fast.
In full: Well organised and friendly atmosphere. Flat, with plenty of PB potential and a nicer route than you'd expect for a trip round the business park. Very helpful communication before the event when my number got lost in the post. Thank you.

In short: if you want a p.b. then this is the race for you
In full: this popular race is serious p.b. potential. very competative up front, especially this year being included in the cheshire champs. excellent parking and good HQ. no frills, no scenery to look at, but on the plus side no traffic or pedesrians get in the way. oh and a new p.b. for me

In short: Quiet low key but well organised and enjoyable
In full: Decent race, the fun run that my daughter did was fairly quiet. Enjoyable race fairly low key but would do again.

In short: Great for personal best but What T-shirt? What medal?
In full: ??What T-shirt, What medal?? I got a cup of water, poor communication for this, however I enjoyed the run and the atmosphere was friendly. Good race for me as I live local.

In short: Smooth organisation, easy parking, flat course, nice weather.
In full: Nice morning out. Low key event. I much prefer these small races to the big thousand + competitor races. Just because I'm an old git I suspect.

In short: fast flat course well organised
In full: first time doing this race. Flat fast course which is 2 laps of a business park which sound depressing but it was actually quite a nice route and quite scenic. weather was lovely. Car parking right by the start/finish. Special mention to the marshall at 8km, he did a great job encouraging all the runners as they went by and certainly spurred me on. The only downside to this race was at the finish they only had small and medium t-shirts left. Apparently they ran out of Large ones over half an hour before the start. This left a bit of a bad taste in the mouth to an otherwise good event.
