In short: Good PB potential
In full: Great potential for PB. Liked the traffic free running and well organised and marshalled. Not the greatest course. How about doing laps inside Gloucester park ? Steep entry fee seeing that the only memento was a bag with 2 fishermans friends and a muesli bar from Tescos.

Biggest suggestion though would be to make sure it's on a different day to the Bluebell 5 miler which would generate a bigger field.

In short: Quick with a good track finish
In full: The course was quick as promised and it was nice not to worry about cars. Not much in the way of scenery to distract you but you can't have everything. Organisation was very good.

In short: fast flat course - good to finish on track
In full: well organised event but start was very vague (was that the hooter starting the fun run or both races?) boring course but flat and fast so can't have it all.

In full: Nice and flat. Plenty of car parking. Traffic free and nice and wide. Good for PB or for preparing for a 10K.

In short: Just like ronseal, it does exactly what it says on the tin
In full: A fast race on hard traffic free roads.

No scenary, crap goody bag, but good organisation and yes it was fast, but there are faster, eg VP Open 5.
