In short: Never mind the dual carriageway bypass - this is pure speed with no windd!
In full: An accuarately measured 1mile and 5km race held once a month for only £3, what more could you want from a training race? Showers, club room, results on the line - friendly field with some great athletes and GB squad members from various disciplines making the trip from Loughborough, it's all good!
