In full: The park was nice to run around but I'm not personally a fan of lapped races.

The field of runners was very small but it had a nice friendly feel to it, the marshals were friendly & all in all it had a nice set up.

Parking seemed fine. At the end you got a medal & a goody bag with food & water. It wasnt was a bug bucks race but I think that's what gave it it's charm.

In short: Lovely, friendly race - one of my favourites
In full: A very well organised race, no traffic and set in a small area so ideal for spectators. Marshals are friendly and encouraging and the goody bag is great! Thank you to all the organisers and marshals - you did a great job again!

In short: A stunner and not just the weather
In full: A small local race that has an amazing atmosphere, the best marshals ever, so encouraging.
Lovely course taking in a nice local park. Organisation is fantastic, and a great medal and goody bag at the end.
This is always a hot one! But there is plenty of water on hand throughout the race.

A wonderful local race.

In short: well organised race really enjoyed it
In full: Very well organised race which was well marshalled with plenty of support and nice scenery. The goody bag at the finish was a great touch the banana and tracker bar very welcome. The only downside was the local toilets but this out of the organisers control. Look forward to next years race.

In short: great event, well organised and friendly. def do it again
In full: This was a lovely event for the whole family to enjoy. Easy to watch runners round whole route and very pretty park with playground and good picnic potential. Wonderful happy atmosphere with people who were welcoming and friendly.useful goodie bag at end which included much needed banana!! only downside was toilet situation. The ones in the park were bit yuccy and swimming pool ones not much better- but obviously that was out of control of the organisers. Great well organised event that I will definately bookmark to do again ...and again!

In short: Nice friendly race.
In full: All ladies race. 2 laps round a pleasant park. Mildly undulating. water station (could have a drink 3x because of the laps - never had that on a 5k before. Well marshalled and lots of encouragement. Good atmosphere with a lot of support for those just trying to get round in once piece. Great goody bag...including the anti-age, anti wrinkle moisturiser!!!Makes a change from the t-shirt. Water melon on offer afterwards. Really really nice touches. Suitable for all standards from greyhound to ancient mutt!
