In short: Course is great, hills challenging but nothing to get too worked up about. It was very hot!
In full: Liked the race. Will be back. Results on the website have a big immovable button bar over them so cannot see age categories. Any chance of fixing that?
Marshals, drinks and snacks at the end all great. Thanks

In short: Forget the "Flat" word. You only remember the hills.
In full: Not a fast run at all. Also, the fact it was steaming hot didnt help. Good challenging run though!!

In short: A good race on a virtually traffic free course.
In full: A good two lap course, with a contrast between the flatter track around the main field and the undulating road in Luton Hoo park. Almost traffic free throughout.
The venue has the bonus of being easy to get to by train.

In short: A decent 5 miler.
In full: I like this race and will return in the future. It has a very friendly yet competetive entry. The race also boasts exceptional HQ facilities and excellent road and rail links for those coming from further afield.
