In short: Good race for a good cause
In full: Many positives and no major negatives; shame they quickly ran out of goody bags and the cotton T shirt a bit disappointing. Glad the strong wind was behind us on this undulating out and back course.

In short: Super Race, magnificent cause, ideal for all standards of runners
In full: Fast out-and-back course with a few gentle inclines. My first run since getting injured on the Rhayader 20, and what a race to come back with. Over 1100 runners, ranging from elite-Club types, through plodders like myself, to others for who this will have been their only run ever, took part. Great organisation, warm friendly atmosphere, chip-timing, and for a truely worthy cause the Wakefield Hospice.
