In short: Great local race with a lovely atmosphere
In full: 3rd time i've done this (I think), still amazed that a decent t-shirt is given out at the end!

Cold and wet this year but it did not seem to make much of a difference to the atmosphere

In short: well organised fun run
In full: i have run this for 5 years now and as always this event is well organised, a great course with a nasty hill climb at the 4 mile point. a good mix of runners, and yet again a lovely medal and t-shirt at the finish which is why runners come back year after year to run this race.

In short: Friendly event and thoroughly enjoyable despite poor weather
In full: As a first timer I had no major problems at this event, although I felt a few directional signs would have helped me along (e.g. changing rooms, race start). I ran the adult 1 mile race and felt it was a good course. The start/finish was very muddy, as were other parts of the course, but I suppose that is to be expected when it's been raining all day. There were a few under 16s in the adult race, apparently due to earlier races starting too early and people missing out.

In short: great local race very well organised
In full: a great course with a few tough climbs, the race was very well organised and the medal + a t shirt was nice. it was a shame the weather was so poor, many thanks to the marshalls who must have been soaked by the end. i will be back again next year.

In short: Raindrops keep falling....but we kept running!
In full: A great distance with that challenging hill that seems to go up so much more steeply than when you drive it, but is always great to come down again!
Seemed to be more cars on the route this year, wouldn't it be possible to close the lanes just for an hour or so?

In short: Well organised. Great family day out in Reigate's Priory Park. Finishers medal and t-shirt.
In full: This is a really nice five mile race and it has a host of support races over one mile for the whole family. It starts and finishes in Priory Park in Reigate and it has a family fun day organised in conjunction with it. This year was the tenth anniversary race.

The course is predominately on open public country roads but it is very well marshalled and so there is not much traffic that is encountered. The course is not too difficult apart from the hill at around the four mile mark, the severity of which can be judged by other peoples comments! The section of the course in the Park is over grass for the start and finish.

The chip timing is currently only for the finishing time and position and no chip to chip time is given. It is not that necessary as there quite a small field that it takes about thirty seconds to clear the start.

There is a medal and t-shirt for all finishers for all of the races as well as refreshments.
