In short: Very well organised and marshalled, just a shame about the low turnout!
In full: Was my first time here, and I really enjoyed the run.
Was a tad apprehensive before the start, due to the lack of runners (sub 40), and the quick times that were anticipated, but I wasn't last (phew)!!
Top-drawer marshalling throughout to stop traffic, and a pleasant T-shirt at the finish. Many thanks, I'll return next year!

In short: A small, friendly well organised race.
In full: A nice enough course, part rural, part town, although you need to be aware of the traffic through many sections. Some undulations mid way but a flat section back to the leisure centre and a killer lap and a half around the athletic track to finish. Centre facilities are good with changing rooms, value for money with a T shirt to all finishers and very good prizes. A friendly, enjoyable race. Well done to the organisers, Hereford Couriers.
