In short: Good training run for pre-marathoners
In full: It's difficult to rate this event as it was a training run rather than a race - and as training runs go it was a nice change from the usual and was very much appreciated given that it was a free event. I would certainly recommend it if you know you run at a specific minute/mile pace (e.g. 8 or 9) - however, if you are between paces (I was running at about 9.5) you need to have a decent sense of direction to remember where you're going. I don't, and ended up getting hopelessly lost. It would be really useful to have some additional people to help out the stragglers, or maybe a few signs along the course.

In short: Great Idea - measured route would be better.
In full: Great idea - and it's free!
Parking is nicely marshalled.
Only downside would be the route needs better planning / measuring.

In short: Great pre marathon run.
In full: Took it upon ourselfs to fit in another half a lap and go up that hill for a forth time just for good measure. Realy good to run a long one with so much company, miles just flew by,most enjoyable long pre-marathon run to date.

In short: Well worth the trip ..great to do a 'long run' with a others, the hours flew by! Weather perfect as well so bonus! Thank you RW.
In full: The only downside - the 3 laps worked out at 16 miles and not 18-20 as hoped. A good test of mental strength though to carry on when people were finishing!! Thanks again to the organisers & pacers.

In short: I enjoyed the run. I think I am too hard on myself so it was good to have a constant pace. That hill form the pool got my heart rate going.

In short: A great paced run in new surroundings - What a joy!
In full: We had to punush ourselves for another half lap to hit the full 20 miles but the guest pacer in our 8 min mile group did a great job. My thanks
