In short: Well organised and a good flat course with some nice views on the sea front.
In full: Excellent organisation. Marshalls for car parks with buses to start very frequently. Clearly marked course, fairly flat with some nice views across the sea front. Really hot day last year meant taking advantage of the numerous water stations. Great starter for a half marathon virgin.

In short: flat course and well organised, good for PBs
In full: This race has PB written all over it due to the flat course.
Well organised and great value for money with the goodie bag and park and ride scheme. A few more toilets would be my only request - for the girls as there were plenty of urinals for the blokes.
Plenty of support from the locals which was great.
The run along the seafront was great and took my mind off the pain....
Will be back next yr.

In short: Great Race - full of PB potential!
In full: As this was my local race, I didn't have to travel far but I would imagine those folk that did have a bit of a journey to make it wouldn't have been disapppointed
Good organisation (Including a park & ride scheme) with well managed road closures for the duration of the race & plenty of marshalls offering support.
Chip timing & fast web results to confirm a PB! - a generally flat & fast course, and for once the wind was not blowing too strong, and with clear blue skies and crisp temperatures, near perfect weather made for a great race. I took over 6 mins of my previous PB to come in at 1hr, 41min, 42secs
Good local support at start / finish, and through Marske & Redcar.
Nice goody bag at the end, with T-shirt, medal, water bottle, snack, pen, keyring & canvas bag made for a good value entry fee.
My only slight critiscm would be not using sports bottles at the water stations - only using normal water bottles withthe tops removed

In short: Flat and fast, fantastic race for all levels.
In full: Superb race with perfect conditions. Took 7 mins off my previous pb to come in at 1.43. Great support, good bag, medal and t-shirt. Will definitely do again.
