In short: Something for everyone
In full: The Series has had different venues over the years, impossible to compare times due to nature of courses - just run! Some courses naturally harder than others.
The 2011 versions have something for everyone from 5yrs upwards. Plus the addition of (beginners) 1M trial runs.

In short: Well organised and well attended cross country race in castle grounds
In full: Lots of different races for different ages. Separate races for men and women. Lots of club (and school) runners, so plenty of competition. Finish line is up a steep muddy hill for everyone
