In short: big hills and a bottle of beer
In full: getting an unexpected PB almost makes up for the effort of getting up those two huge hills. the drizzle helped a lot. good marshals and enthusiastic water stations.

In short: I didn't realise Otley had two mountains
In full: Better weather than last year! PW but I'm not upset. One day I'll conquer those hills without having to stop! My only fault is the lack of results 24hours later.

In short: write your will...those hills will kill!
In full: two big hills interspersed with a quad macerating descent. Great views when the clouds lift (which they didn't) instead treated to brooding ominous low lying clouds.
Very good organisation overall and a race deserving of its reputation.

In short: Brilliant! Great hilly race, really well organised.
In full: Third time at the Otley 10 and just as good as usual. The marshals are always WONDERFUL so sweet, smiley, encouraging and very organised. Drink stations plentiful, well signed, mile markers obvious. If you like hills, do this race!

In short: Well organised, scenic but hard course
In full: A well supported race (both in term of the runners and the numerous people on bikes offering words of encouragement), with a scenic but hard course with two tough hills. Hooning downhill finish though!

In short: 2 steep hills,
In full: 5 miles to warm up for the 2 very steep hills and the very fast finish.

In short: Hills, Hills, Hills!
In full: Oh. My. God. Those. Bloody. Hills!!! Having said that, the downhills were awesome. Good atmosphere, race was fast but not elitist. I came very near the end but didn't care- what an achievement to get round! well-organised,good bottle of beer. Will be there next year.

In short: Ok so that was quite hilly.... no make that very hilly!!!
In full: Still having not recovered totaly from a stonking London marathon (and i know it was weeks ago) made this quite tough going even on the flat bits. beautiful country side (even the hilly buts were pretty) and nice weather (even if it wasa little on the warm side for me) made it a great evening out and well worth the gruelling hills.

Rock on next year
