In short: Best race in the UK
In full: Beautiful scenery, great atmosphere, friendly, superb organisation, tough but hugely rewarding. Not for you if you're into the mass participation / city races. This is the 2nd one I've done & hope to be back for more. Well worth the travel up from London.

In short: An amazing experience
In full: The best "race" ever. Very friendly. It's like a big family day out. Small field, so you get to meet most runners. Amazing route along the West Highland Way. Great support from walkers. Highly recommended. It's tough, but well worth it.

In short: Awesome scenery and cool weather. A long, tough race though
In full: 6 am start, 43 miles, 6000+ ft of climbing, some rough (but good) tracks. However the scenery is fantastic, the comaraderie is great and a nice trophy if you finish.
