In short: Enjoyable race - some nice footpaths through the woods
In full: Slightly dampened by the rain (especially before the start) and puddles. Quite a large field for some of the smaller paths at the beginning.
Enjoyable friendly race.

In short: Good event spoilt only by the lack of organisation at the start. Will be back again next year.

In short: Race is over multi-terrain. Mainly over paths but crosses fields and large puddles if it rains. Km markings are not accurate, but good fun race.

In short: A good test
In full: 3rd time back for this one and have been quicker each time. Usually wet for this one but the puddles weren't quite expected. Thanks to Paula for the trip round. Time markings at the start would help thin the crush.

In short: Where exactly was the start?
In full: Confusing start and lack of pre-event information must have made it confusing for beginners as I didn't hear a gun/countdown. Good race though and loved the puddles!

In short: 1k, second place, but very cramped start and confusing for first timer.
In full: At only 9 I was a bit daunted at the prospect of running when there were so many people around. Mum realised that they had not got the 1k route marked properly and so the start was correctly positioned eventually. However, early and eager runners looking to line up close to the front were faced with over 200 entries trying to join from the front. The race followed a wide footpath but with so many runners at the beginning it is too difficult for good runners to get out and therefore unfair. As a prize winner I then had to wait 2 hours for my trophey in mixed weather conditions - not ideal.
