In short: Great PB potential in the right weather
In full: Enjoyed this. The course is almost completely flat (very PB/beginner friendly) and the start was well marshalled. Lovely stretch along the Bognor promenade for the first few k and then the last 4k, which was thankfully not windy this year. Good support from the locals too, especially at the end. (Shame there was no goody bag this year though! No repeat of the strange plastic dumbells from Fitness first this year...)

In short: Very good on every level
In full: Good support all round the course. organised very well. no problem getting a replacement number when mine did not arrive in the post. Thanks to all concerned a really good experience with a PB to boot. Could be hard if the wind along the front was stronger

In short: Another very well organised and good race
In full: This has always been well organised and on a calm nice day could be PB potential.

This year I was one of the Tone Zone pacing team (45 mins - actually came in at 45.27) and really enjoyed. It was rather busy for the first 1km but after that it was fine. Hopefully we helped a few get some PB's (Well done Mad Marky Mark below).

For the beginner this race is perfect. Well organised and lots of support all the way round to keep you going when things get tough.

In short: Getting busier and therefore more bottleneck
In full: Tone Zone did the pacing and that really helped me.. great atmosphere lots off support but would hate it on a wet and windy day as its right along the promenade... managed to break 50mins for the first time

In short: fast and flat road race
In full: a very well organised race, the cadets done a great job with the parking, the course was well marshalled. a lovely flat course that you could get a pb on however i found the start very congested and it took about 2k before it opened up, like last year a headwind on the return leg can slow you a bit. lovely medal will be back again next year.
