In short: Brilliant, friendly race
In full: Second time I've done this race and will definitely return. Everything organised brilliantly, friendly runners, marshalls, local police and plenty of parking and toilets. Great value - would recommend to anyone looking to do their first 10K race.

In short: Friendly and well organised
In full: Nice flat course but the fact that you run along pavements with regular dips for people's drives does take a bit more out of your legs than you might expect.

Good, friendly atmosphere, loads of marshalls, smatterings of support all along the route and I liked the fact that they had involved kids to give out bananas and medals at the end.

I liked the fact that I came 10th even more but I think it must have been a slow year overall!

In full: This race had the best organisation I've seen. Excellent signage, announcements, facilities, marshals and prize-giving. Nice to see supporters on the route. Really enjoyed it. Thanks.

In short: Excellent organisation and a bargain
In full: Very efficient organisation with a nice medal and T-Shirt for a very reasonable entry fee. Reasonably fast course and would do again.
Well done to the organisers.

In short: A well-organized, friendly race
In full: This is my local, so I decided to cycle to it. Well, it wasn't raining then, it saved that for the race. The organization was excellent. Nice medal, teeshirt, drink and banana afterwards. Loads of marshalls, all of whom kept smiling in the pouring rain. Wonderful to have such fine (and dry) facililities in the Leisure Centre.

In short: Excellent race
In full: A brilliantly well-organised race. Absolutely no niggles whatsoever. Nice to have use of the leisure centre's facilities. Marshalls were wonderfully friendly and how they managed to keep a smile throughout the thrashing rain is beyond me - hats off to them! Great run for slower runners too.

In short: PB heaven - despite being mugged off by wind and rain...
In full: This is the event that got me into running, so I'll always have a soft spot for it.

Weather was a complete git today, with it deciding to start raining at the off and then get steadily heavier throughout the race, this was coupled with a strong wind.

Still managed a PB though which I wasn't expecting in these conditions. Wonder how quick I could have gone in good conditions though?

Thanks to all the organisers and marshals for doing a great job - as ever.
