In short: Excellent race despite the weather, really nice course.
In full: Ran as a training run with friends 3 weeks post London Marathon & had a great time despite the rain. Friends ran PBs while I enjoyed the course. Excellent marshalls & support. Undulating & generally downhill on the way back. Carpark not ideal in the rain but very well marshalled.
Nice goody bag & medal.
It's not local to me but I may well be back to run it for a PB next year.

In short: Excellent event, very well organised, superb route
In full: Excellent event, very well organised, superb route, glorious scenery and a fantastic atmosphere. We saw very little traffic and what there was very considerate and passed by very slowly. Runners parking was very well organised if a little far away, BUT, no problem. Overall, a must-do for next year.
Well done Les Bond and team.

In short: Wish I had know Undulating meant UP to 5-6K . But good day
In full: Felt I was slow and it was my slowest but I blame it on a full feeling and the up, seemed more up than down although it could not have been. Parking well organised. Race well marshalled. Quiet little roads. Pleasant scenery even in the rain. Small pot of honey in the goody bag.
Local restaurant/pub we ran passed pricey but OK with tired runners.

In short: Good run, couple of tough bits, but overall enjoyable
In full: Really enjoyed the day, managed to get a personal best, so bound to be happy. Didn't even notice the fact it was pouring with rain until afterwards :)

In short: Good event despite the weather
In full: Found it a little bit difficult to find the carpark but the rest of thr race was very well organised. Some challenging up hills near the begining but all evened out over the course. Goodie bag very interesting although I'm not sure it was a real hot cross bun?

Second time I've entered and managed to take nearly 3 imniutes of two years ago. Would do this race again.
