In short: A superb, well organised race undulating but not killer hilly. Run it
In full: I like the start and finish at the athletics track. A mainly downhill first 5 mile but then constant climb from 6 with a tough hill at 8.5 mile under the bypass, then downhill to finish. Lovely weather and ample water stations. Was on holiday in wales so enjoyed the welsh hospitality.

In short: Difficult to get a negative split!
In full: Really well organised with plenty of support, encouragement and water stations. I went off like a bull in a china shop and paid for it between 7 and 9 in a big way. That said - you can't fault the organisation, t-shirt and atmosphere. Will definitely be back next year and at £8 this race puts many, many others to shame.
