In short: A good scenic 10K on grass.
In full: A lovely setting, very friendly organisers, and a chance to watch another race (womens) first. The only negatives I could find were that the course underfoot was a little uneven on the grass, and a few pot-holes on the short piece of tarmac were hard to see in the low evening sun. But who am I to complain about seeing the sun at all this year?

In short: Well organised, great atmosphere, just a bit hilly in places!!
In full: Thanks to Action Heart who always lay on a magnificent event. This was my first time at Himley and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The men and ladies event was split, so it meant it was all a bit more relaxed for us ladies. Two laps around the field at Himley Hall seemed a bit daunting at first, but thanks to the marshalls and the cameraderie of the competitors I made it round. There was a rotten hill halfway round the lap, which was fairly slippy thanks to the thunderstorms earlier in the day, but thankfully there were no casulties. I will be back next year.

In short: This was one of my first races id ever taken part in as a beginner!!
In full: Good race - nice to do some evening races for a change!! cannot wait to run this race again !!
